At Degginger McIntosh & Associates, our Employee Benefits Department is composed of fourteen (14) licensed insurance professionals. Within the Employee Benefits Department, our staff has years of experience with large employer groups and unique experience with School Districts. Specifically, our Employee Benefits Department Manager, Anita Condoll, has extensive experience in managing accounts ranging from 300 to 1,000 employees. Based on the specific needs of each employer, Degginger McIntosh provides a benefit package that best suits the requirements of both the employer and employees.

The services we provide in the Benefits arena include, but are not limited to: consulting, insurance marketing, group enrollment plan changes, employee enrollment meetings, benefit fairs, claim & billing assistance, Cobra administration services and Affordable Care Act compliance. Degginger McIntosh provides our clients with a comprehensive online platform that allows for online enrollments as well as tool for distributing key employer Human Resource information.
